This City of Lancaster, PA website allows you to pay the following using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card, or a Visa or MasterCard branded bank debit card:    

  • Parking Tickets
  • Utility Bills
  • Trash Bills
  • Property Tax Bills
  • Property Violations
  • Housing License Invoices
  • Fire Permit Invoices

All payments are processed through a partnership with Secure Government Payment Solutions, and will be posted to your account with the City the next business day. The amount of your transaction, including the payment to the City and a 3.34% convenience fee, will appear on your monthly credit card or bank statement.
